Returns & Refunds
We do not offer general returns or refunds once an order has been delivered successfully.
Returns or refunds are accepted only if:
- You receive a wrong item
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
To be eligible for a return request:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached
- Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Damages, Defective, or Wrong Items

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Incorrect size selection by customer
- Change of mind
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Products damaged after use or due to misuse
Refunds
If your return request is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
